1. Disconnect a provider
Disconnecting stops future access but does not automatically remove information already imported into EvoPace.
- In EvoPace, open Connected Apps, select the connected service, and choose Disconnect.
- For Intervals.icu, you may also revoke EvoPace from your Intervals.icu authorized-app settings.
- For Strava or another provider, you may revoke access from that provider’s application settings.
Garmin connections configured through Intervals.icu must also be managed from your own Intervals.icu or Garmin account settings.
2. Request account and data deletion
Send an email from the address associated with your EvoPace account to [email protected] with the subject “EvoPace data deletion request.”
Include only:
- The email address associated with your EvoPace account.
- A statement that you want the account and associated data deleted.
3. What the request covers
After verification, the deletion process covers personal information controlled by EvoPace, including the athlete profile, imported training and wellness records, goals, plans, calendar records created in EvoPace, coach conversations, saved insights, provider connections, and access tokens.
Deleting EvoPace data does not delete source data held independently by Intervals.icu, Garmin, Strava, or another provider. You must use that provider’s controls for information stored in its service.
4. Timing and limited exceptions
We aim to acknowledge verified requests promptly and complete deletion within 30 days. Some limited information may remain temporarily in protected backups or where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Any retained information is isolated from ordinary product use and removed or anonymized when the applicable retention period ends.
5. Questions
